Whom does the Bible testify about?

The bible is the oldest book in human history. That's because it's the living and enduring Word of God. If the bible was a book that was written by men, it would no longer exists for it has been in the hands of kings, leaders, popes, and people of power and they have perished but the Bible still exists. Let us understand then, who is our Savior that will save us? And how can we understand who He is?

Jn 5:39 - The Bible testify about Jesus Christ. At the time that Christ walked the earth. The only Scriptures they had was the Old Testament. But how come the teachers of the Law, the pharisees and Saduccees didn't recognize Christ who came as their Savior? They thought they would have eternal life by studying the Old Testament over and over again but evntually failed to receive Him. Let's see first of all what Jesus used to testify about Himself.

Mt 24:27 shows Jesus used the scriputures (The Old Testament) to testify to Himself but they still rejected. Even the Apostles used the Scriptures to testify to Christ (Acts 17:2, 18:26-35).

Clearly, the Scriptures testify to Jesus Christ. Nevertheless, the religious leaders of that time rejected God Almighty who came to save mankind an eventually killed him. What about now? There so many people that have memorized the bible just like the jews 2,000 years ago, but will they know who God is when He comes in the flesh?

Heavenly Father Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother New Jerusalem have brought back the truth of life. Through our next post we will study more and find out the reason the religous leaders rejected Jesus Chrits. GOD BLESS YOU!
