The Reason why God came in the flesh

John 1:1
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning... He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— children born not of natural descent,[c] nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God.
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only,[d] who came from the Father, full of grace and truth."

God didn't come in the flesh to show us how to live a happy life in this world. The reason why God came in te flesh is so that we can have the chance to become children of the Living God. If God doesn't come in the flesh, how can we receive Eternal Life?

That's why Christ came 2,000 years ago to give us His flesh and blood through the Passover (Jn 6:53, Mt 26:17,26), nothing else is more important for those who beleive in God.
