Christ Ahnsahnghong Brought Salvation BACK
Some say that since Jesus Christ brought salvation the first time, it ended all things. Such a statement shows that they neither know the plan of God, nor the scriptures themselves. Without knowing how Jesus brought salvation the first time, they just proclaim, "JESUS BROUGHT SALVATION! JUST BELIEVE!" However, how did Jesus Christ give us salvation?
First off, salvation is for our souls:
1 Pet. 1:9 "...for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls."
Then what's wrong with the our souls that it needs saving?
Rom. 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death..."
Because of sin, we must die. Then in this case, what is good news to a dying person? What is salvation to them? Not a new house. Not a new car. Not even a family. Only receiving a life without death is salvation and good news. But we cannot receive that kind of life if we still have sin, because sin causes death. Now, we must find how to receive the forgiveness of sins.
Eph. 1:7 "Because of the blood of Christ, we are bought and made free from the punishment of sin. And because of His blood, our sins are forgiven. His loving-favor to us is so rich." (NLV)
Because of His blood, we receive the forgiveness of sins. Then should we believe in His blood or actually have His blood?
James 2:14 "My Christian brothers, what good does it do if you say you have faith but do not do things that prove you have faith? Can that kind of faith save you from the punishment of sin?" (NLV)
Then what must we do, according to God, to prove that we believe that the blood of Christ will give us the forgiveness of sins?
Matt. 26:19 "So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover... 26 While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body. 27 Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. 28 This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.
God promised that the Passover wine in the cup is His blood, which gives us the forgiveness of sins. Even though we believe Christ's blood will give us the forgiveness of sins, and we don't actually drink Christ blood as He promised, can we receive the forgiveness of sins? Of course not!
Passover bread and wine, done only once a year at the appointed time, gives us the forgivesness of sins. If our sins are forgiven, then what is cancelled out? That's right, death! Then Passover really does give us eternal life. This is true salvation!
But wait, according to the prophecy of scripture, this Passover truth will be changed:
Dan. 7:25 "He will speak against the Most High and oppress his saints and try to change the set times and the laws. The saints will be handed over to him for a time, times and half a time."
The only one who ever wanted to oppose God, the Most High, is Satan. We know that he is the enemy. He will change God's appointed times and laws, including the Passover. Passover is a law of God and it is done at the appointed time.
This prophecy was fulfilled by Constantine, the emporer of Rome in 325 AD. (Look it up! It's true!) He changed Passover to Communion after his own god, the sun and even named the first day of the week after this god.
From this time on, the Passover was abolished and no one can receive eternal life through the forgiveness of sins. IN THIS SITUATION, GOD MUST BRING SALVATION BACK. If not, who can survive?
Heb. 9:27 "It is in the plan that all men die once. After that, they will stand before God and be judged. 28 It is the same with Christ. He gave Himself once to take away the sins of many. When He comes the second time, He will not need to give Himself again for sin. He will save all those who are waiting for Him. (NLV)
So Christ MUST come again. If Jesus comes again only for judgment, everyone will die for their sins. This is why Christ will come again; first to bring salvation again and then righteously judge.
But how did Christ bring salvation the 1st time? (Thru the Passover) Then when He comes again, how will He bring it? (Of course through the Passover.) Did you know that Christ Ahnsahnghong brought the Passover as prophesied? That's why He's called CHRIST Ahnsahnghong. He brought salvation the first time as Jesus Christ and a second time with the new name (Rev. 3:11-12) as Christ Ahnsahnghong. That's why we in Chruch of God World Mission Society believe in Him and have eternal life. Amen!
