What is Faith?

As Christians and true beleivers in God, it is important to understand what "faith" is from GOD'S POINT OF VIEW. Because to some it may be to just beleive in God, to others it may be to give money to charities and have good deeds in society, but what if we fail to reach the goal or our faith?

1Peter 1:9 "for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls."

Let's see according to the Word of God what faith is, so that we can see whether or not we are on the right track to the salvation of our souls.

Heb 11:1 "Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see."

In other words, the hope to the Kingdom of Heaven and beleive in the invisible world is faith. Then, God is invisible, but we beleive that He exists. But how can we understand who God is?

Rom 1:20 "For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities- his eternal power and divine nature--have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made so that men are without excuse."

Then though we can't see God, we can understand who God is through what He created. This is faith, to beleive in the works of God and find out the will behind it, for it is written:

Rev 4:11 11"You are worthy, our Lord and God,
to receive glory and honor and power,
for you created all things,
and by your will they were created
and have their being."

Then what did God make in the creation? This is important to know, because if we understand the will behind it we will make our faith complete and achieve the ultimate goal which is the salvation of our soul. Please come back for our next post where we will discuss this further.

Christ Ahnsahnghong!

Why do we at the Church of God World Mission Society believe Christ Ahnsahnghong as true God Almighty?

We are slaves to sin and death. Sin leads to death, (Rom. 6:23), and we commit sin. Therefore we must die. However, Christ Ahnsahnghong took away our sins, bringing back the Passover Jesus established at His first coming.

But you may questions: "How can you beleive Christ Ahnsahnghong is God?"

Now, let me ask you a question: "Why do you beleive in Jesus Christ?"

We beleive in Christ Ahnsahnghong because the Bible testifies that He is the Second Coming Christ. As prophesied in Heb 9:28, God Almighty will appear in the flesh to bring salvation. The salvation Christ brought 2,000 years ago was eternal life through the Passover. We now proclaim this truth to all the world but nobody beleives, just like 2,000 years ago, not many beleived in Jesus at the time but what about now. IF YOU WERE ALIVE AT THE TIME JESUS WALKED THIS EARTH WOULD YOU HAVE BELEIVED?


The Christians that beleive in Christ do not even know why He came in the order of Melchizedek, or the reason he was baptized @ 30 years old? But yet, they claim to beleive in Him and they don't even follow his commands? (i.e. Sabbath, Feasts of God)

Christ Ahnsahnghong brought back all the truths of life, all the Feasts of God, the Passover of the New Covenant and the Sabbath, a law by which we can be blessed by God. Results of not keeping the Passover

We know now, that by keeping the gospel, we can inherit the Kingdom of Heaven. However, there are many pagan churches that do not follow the teachings of the Passover but rather they have introduced distructive heresy.

2 Th 1:7 God is just: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. This will happen when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven in blazing fire with his powerful angels. He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the majesty of his power"


For this reason we must keep the Passover, to avoid fire and other destruction on that day. Do not be deceived, the true Godspel is the Passover, not Communion, Euchrist as it is written in the Bible (Gal 1:16).

What is the True Gospel?

WHAT IS THE GOSPEL?

As we previously discussed. According to the Bible, if we understand what the Gospel is, we will be able to inherit the Kingdom of Heaven. Now let us learn, what is the Gospel?

Even the Apostles preached the Gospel as we have already discussed and they titled themselves "Ministers of Christ with the priestly duty of proclaiming the gospel of God." The Apostles that the the will of God, without a doubt they are in the Kingdom of Heaven, that is because they obeyed and proclaim the gospel:

Paul Himself testified that he was a servant of the gospel (Col 1:23) and again that he is a minister of the New Covenant. So the gospel means the New Covenant

WHAT IS THE NEW COVENANT

Lk 22:20 Jesus Christ called the ceremony of the Passver the New Covenant which is kept with bread and wine. ONLY AT THE CHURCH OF GOD WORLD MISSION SOCIETY WE KEEP THE PASSOVER.

Whoever wants to enter the Kingdom of heaven has to keep the Passover. But actually in history (Dan 7:25)the Passover was abolished by the Roman Catholic through the Council of Nicea in 321, 325 AD. Then, through our next post, let us understand the GOd really is in the flesh. GBY!
