Why do Church of God members worship Saturday?

It is very common custom among Christianity to worship God on Sunday. But we can't have blind faith like a blind mind who bases his judgements based on a dogs decision and follow everyone else because the salvation of our souls is very important. Is Sunday worship something that is based on the Bible? Even 2,000 years ago Jesus Christ rebuked those who thought they knew more than God Himself about the Scriptures:

Jn 5:39 "Jesus replied, “Your mistake is that you don’t know the Scriptures, and you don’t know the power of God.

Then what does the Scripture say about the day to worship God? Of course we can pray to God whenever we feel like, however, if we truely beleive in God we need to follow His commandments because He will save us, NOT what we think.

Ex 20:4 " “Remember to observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy... That is why the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart as holy."

God promised us to make us Holy on the Sabbath day which is the "7th Day of the week" What day is the "7th Day of the week"

Let us use the Bible to confirm the FACT that Saturday is the 7th Day NOT SUNDAY as most beleive.

It is clear that Sunday is NOT the Seventh day of the week, but rather IT'S THE FIRST (1ST) DAY OF THE WEEK, a day where God promised no blessings at all. Then why Do most Christians worship on Sunday if it's not something which is Biblical based?

IS 29:13 The Lord says:
"These people come near to me with their mouth
and honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me.
Their worship of me
is made up only of rules taught by men

Do not follow rules taught by men, follow Father and Mother who allow us to keep the Sabbath day Holy as a precious promise to give us rest blessings and holiness (Gen 2:1). On our next post, let us see confirmation that the Apostles and Christ Himself kept the Sabbath day Holy.

PASSOVER = Salvation of our souls (2)

In the book of Matthew Jesus commanded his disciples to prepare the Passover mean (Mt 26:17), HOW COME? Why was this passover meal so important to Christ that he "eagerly" wanted to celebrate it? (Lk 22:13) If this was something irrelevant to our salvation this would not be in the Bible. Let us understand how what is the connection between the Passover and the salvation of our souls.

Rm 6:23 "the wages of sin is death" <--- This verse applies to everyone because we all have to die. Actually, we are all slaves to sin and death, therefore nobody in this world can claim to be righteous. If we are full of sin, we can't enter the Kingdom of Heaven. How did Christ give forgiveness of sins 2,000 years ago? Through the Passover (Mt 26:17, Mt 26:26)

PASSOVER equates to living water which cleanses us from impurity. What about in the last days, who will give us the living water, the Passover, which cleanses us from our sins?

Zech 13:1 "On that day (the last days) a fountain will be opened to he house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to cleanse them from sin and impurity"

Zech 14:6 "On that day living water will flow out from Jerusalem, half to the eastern sea and half to the western sea, in summer and in winter"

THIS WATER COMES FROM JERUSALEM.. Jerusalem = Temple of God. Then where is Jerusalem in the last days?

Is 33:20 "Look upon Zion, the city of our festivals, your eyes will see JERUSALEM... The people of Israel will no longer say,
“We are sick and helpless,”
for the Lord will forgive their sins."

Then, from Jerusalem we will be able to obtain the forgiveness of sins because she will give us the LIVING WATER. However, Christ gave the living water 2,000 years ago through the Passover, Jerusalem will give us the forgiveness of sins through the Passover. Who is Jerusalem to those who entered the Kingdom of Heaven and to us who have the same hope?


GAL 4:26 "But the Jerusalem that is above is free and She is our MOTHER."

Our Heavenly Mother has come down out of heaven just as prophesied (Rev 21:2, Rev 21:9) in these last days to save our souls by giving us her magnificent salvation. Praise our Living God, Heavenly Mother, for She is our savior. She is the One testified through so many verses in the Bible. Please beleive in Her and if you have questions pray to Father and Mother and they will send you an Angel to show you more proof that She is the Mother of your soul!

PASSOVER = Salvation of our souls

When the people hear that the members of the Church of God World Mission Society keep the Passover, automatically without any reason we are persecuted. If you existed during the time Jesus Christ was alive, would you have mocked Him? Let us see the true reason why we keep the Passover.

--ORIGIN OF THE PASSOVER--

The Israelites were in slavery for 430 years (Ex 12:40). For so long they prayed to God for freedom. God could have used any type of method to free them, maybe a plan to attach the egyptians or to escape during the night. However, God made His power known by having the Israelites celebrate the Passover, and due to their obedience they received the blessing of freedom of slavey and protection from disaster.

This is the origin of the Passover. This is a Law God Commanded to be kept for the generations to come. Which means as long as there are people living in this world, EVERYONE WHO CALLS HIMSELF A BELEIVER SHOULD KEEP THE PASSOVER (EX 12:14). How Can Church of God Beleive Christ Ahnsahnghong?

The Answer to this question is simple. However, first of all, why do Christians beleive in Jesus Christ as the Savior? If the Bible did not exist, even if Christ had come we can't beleive in Him because there was never any written record. However, due to the fact that the Holy Bible testifies about Jesus Christ there are so many Christians that beleive in Him. It's the same way with Christ Ahnsahnghong. We beleive in Him because according to Bible prophecy He is the Root of David. Let's find out the way the disciples recognized Christ 2,000 years ago.

John 6:68 "Simon Peter answered him, "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We believe and know that you are the Holy One of God."

Because Jesus had the words of Eternal Life, this is the reason the Apostles recognized their savior. What words were spoken by Christ?

John 6:53 "Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day."

BECAUSE JESUS CHRIST SPOKE OF ETERNAL LIFE THROUGH THE PASSOVER BY GIVING US HIS FLESH AND BLOOD ON THAT DAY (LK 22:133,19-20) THIS IS HOW THE DISCIPLES RECOGNIZED GOD IN THE FLESH.

However, the Passover was abolished in the year 321 AD by Constantine, the establisher of the Roman Catholic Church. Ever since so much paganism entered the church and the truth was destroyed. However God promised to come a Second Time with a New Name (Rev 2:17, Heb 9:28) to give us salvation. That name is CHRIST AHNSAHNGHONG and the Salvation He's brought us is the Passover.

Please pray to God to open your eyes and ears to give you knowledge and recognize Christ Ahnsahnghong who is the same Mighty God that said "Let there be light" and there was light. This is why We beleive in Heavenly Father Christ Ahnsahnghong, because He brought the words of eternal life, the PASSOVER! GOD BLESS YOU!
